If something arrives damaged, expired, leaking, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and send a photo.
- We replace it on the next delivery run, or
- We refund in cash or by bank transfer within 3 working days.
Sealed, unopened packs can be returned within 24 hours. Opened loose staples (daal, rice, atta, spices) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — but tell us anyway and we will make it right.
